All data relating to  the dog must be completed:

  • Microchip number consisting of 15 figures
  • Date of birth
  • Breed


The stickers of the vaccins with date and signature of the vet tell you which vaccins your dog has received. If you bought your dog abroad he needs to be vaccinated agains rabies.
